Have your FFL Dealer forward a valid and signed copy of his/her License in a .pdf format to – defensearms@aol.com or FAX to (423)479-0575. Avoid any cancellation having your Dealer to send the FFL Copy before or at the day of purchase.
RETURNS
All Sales of Serialized parts (Firearms) are FINAL, no returns are accepted
Other parts, if you purchased in error, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Number. Please be advised that all returned parts must be in the same physical shape and form and in the original packaging. Returning party will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 20% from the invoice sales price.

Centaurus Defense Corp reserve the rights to edit, change and correct errors at anytime in order to improve the accuracy of listed material, whoever we make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listed when a conflict in the listed product information occur. We do not entertain local business, ALL PURCHASES must be done via a Valid FFL Dealer of your choice. We will only ship to another FFL dealer after Licenses exchange.

Your Local FFL Dealer is the most recommended the answer your questions, due to a vast change of Laws between States, Counties etc we cannot offer advices. Please contact your FFL prior making your purchase, you will need one anyway.The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
